General Policy
As a courtesy to other guests and your therapist, we ask that you refrain from wearing heavy perfume or cologne.
It would also be appreciated if heavy eye makeup was avoided, as it can be difficult to remove from the face rest covers.
Cancellation Policy
Please give at least 24 hours notice if it is necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule within the 24 hour window, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and give no notice, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Late Policy
If you find yourself running late, please give us a call to let us know when to expect your arrival. You can typically still be accommodated, however, your session time may need to be adjusted to ensure that the next session begins promptly.
You will be charged for your full original treatment in this circumstance.
