Integrated Massage
Integrated Massage is a therapeutic bodywork modality that is tailor-made for you. You and your therapist will discuss your goals and needs to determine what approach is best for you.
This massage may include manual modalities such as Swedish, Deep-Tissue, Myofascial techniques, and Muscle Release Technique (sm).

Ashiatsu Massage
Ashiatsu is a barefoot technique that consists of long, deep, flowing strokes. The therapist's foot is able to provide a continuous, deep, smooth pressure that covers a larger area more comfortably than traditional manual methods.
This creates a structural change in chronically damaged soft tissue and provides greater relief in a shorter period of time.
